Return & Refund Policy

At CERI, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Email us at cerijerseys@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the shipping cost.
  • For customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), return shipping is at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cerijerseys@outlook.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items & gift cards
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
